    But do you mean 25$ PayPal or Liberty Reserve? I take 17$ Liberty Reserve as fine.

    File a dispute, call PayPal if necessary.
    In the future it's wise to do a background check with the person you're trading with, if he/she has over 20+ valid trades it's ok to go first, if not, don't even think about going first.

    Hope you've learned of your mistake (it happens to all of us) and get your money back.

    To check a user, just click on their username and view their posts/threads to see any vouches.
