Runescape Taddle Tales

I was just thinking to myself, back in my first year of runescape like others at my Primary School ((Scoltand) Aged 10-11ish) and how we all used to lie to eachother and try impress eachother... Here are some of my favourites

My bestfriend telling me that Zezimas password was "treebeard" and rushing home after school to try it.

And i told my friends that i had the password to an account, I didnt actually i just made it up (which i named "Blaziken69" ) and i told them that it had 99 smithing and mining and i could make them all Rune armour.

At that time.. If you had 10k you were SUPER SUPER COOL and RICH

Please tell me of any lies/stories you made up as a kid

 

This guy at School told every one that he was N0vaLyfe At the time I think he was ranked 2, He told me he would make me full rune for a packet of ships -_-

I Remember saying I was lvl 25 Be for I even started playing runescape.

 

why did you use to lie to your mates? wouldnt they just find out the next day

 

A friend told me he got the Stray Dog at Varrock to follow him to Lumbridge l0l

 

like 5 years ago i used to tell my mates that i had like 9999999m and they would be like please gimme 1m please ! and i would say no because im sharing accounts with another person ... worked like a charm

 

I used to say my runescape name was tetris123 and i had full 3a and i said id share my account.
I didnt even have that account.

 

My mate always tells me he gets third age pieces from clue-scrollls and then comes back to drags with rune. I think he was just trying to make me jealous so yeah.

 

My friend said he had 4 of every godsword , I asked to have one and he said he was lending it lol

 

We were young, they did the exact same, it was harmless, and because we wanted to full like we were more 1337 on Rs

 

I remember my friend drawing out the Runescape homepage for me in 2nd grade so I would know which things to click, I wasn't sure about High/Low Detail, so he also drew that.
He also drew me goblins, and then our teacher saw us and she was like, "What are you guys drawing?!" and we go, "RUNESCAPE!!!"

Oddly enough.... She says, "Awesome! My friend recently got me playing!"

 

I told my friends before I even started Rs that My user was Diablo and I was maxed in every stat and I could turn people into frogs and mushrooms like that guy near draynor but I said I got banned, that was my excuse for being low level lol

 

A dude told me if i killed goblins, i would get a partyhat eventually >.<

 

My friend told me he was gonna give me a blue phat he got from his neighbor... Didn't happen

 

took a picture of an rs server (one of the original ones i forgot what its called) and showed them like 1k phat sets and all this other stuff=)

 

I killed a highway man and told all my friends and my mom that it was another player and I was so good at the game. That was like 8 years ago.

Remember telling my friends I hacked zezima with the recover account thing and how I would give them all 1m

 

Some guy in one of my classes told me that he was a player moderator and could generate items, and that he was going to give me a white party hat after school (this was back when seeing a player mod was elusive).

How about a friend giving me his account, then changing his mind telling our other friend HE could have it. I couldn't change the password in time because i had football after school and this doucher didnt -_- FML
