    Get turmoil, get 85-90ish range, farming up, make the effigies into dragonkin lamps ready for the buyer to use it on anything.also, get teh 99 fletching, im guessing ur close and u might as well. farm and slayer up could also help in raising the price of the acc.

    I woudl estimate this at about 50m-150m
