Banned for vouching ? :(

2 Days ago i was temp-banned for fake vouching. I would have appealed it but when i clicked the "dispute here" option on the site, it wouldn't direct me. Today i came back to what should have been a happy morning where my ban would be lifted and i would be able to log in again
Perm Banned. Forever.

Again, the site wouldn't redirect me so i cleared history and it allowed me.

I'm curious as to why i've been banned for fake vouching. I have no vouches what so ever and i haven't even made a vouching thread. I put no vouches what so ever on any of my threads created, neither in my signature.
I've only completed two order in my time at sythe and that was an order for free services for strength xp and a service where i over night botted some zeal for one chap.

I think i can quite easily justify the fact that i haven't even had any need to get a legit vouch. Let alone produce fake vouches for myself. All the services i provide are currently free to the community and vouches wouldn't make the slightest difference in doing these services because i don't personally gain from any of them at all.

I really would appreciate it if your able to shed some light on the kind of evidence you have against me and which therefore lead you to banning me.
