Help me decide what to do with this rune pure

Current state:

44 attack
55 strength
36 defense
50 hitpoints
68 magic
53 ranged
44 prayer

i have ~100 zeal (not going to sw to check)
i have done all quest reqs for r4d
and all of r4d except the final fights (i need the quest point requirement to do the final fights, i have dragon gloves on for now)
all i need to do lunars is 40 def (idk what quest to do next for def exp, i'm rather close to done def exp quests and i need 45 def lol)
ive started regicide, r4d (obviously), and legends quest (could do legends and regicide anytime)
i can't afford to make it a turmoil pure, or else i would.

can anyone point me in a direction with what to do next? the end stats i want are

99 str
80 att (rapier)
45 def
?? hp
99 range
99 mage
52 pray i guess. since i can't afford anything else besides smite.

 

If you know the end stats you want, go train/bot, IMO training via slayer tasks is better less boring for some reason.

 

but i need to know how to get 45 def, what quests and what not. the point is to not train def to 45 then get a quest that raises it higher

 

Get 40 Defense, do lunars, then Bot the rest of the way to 45.

 

Get to 45 def from questing.

Be sure to have ancient magicks, lunars, Barrows gloves.

Also do not take the xp reward from monkey madness.
