Account Price Check

Hey guys i got 2 that i need some help appraising:

Account 1:

average f2p account levels, no members skills leveled, 99 mining

Account 2:

99 magic, smithing, att, def, str, hitpoints, theiving, agility, runecrafting and mining

all the quests to make deaths are done, all quests to wield dragon weapons are done, could do desert treasure and lunar diplomacy if it would bring price up considerably


both accounts will have no money or items, just the skill capes and other untradeables
