Locked account help?

Hello,
I purchased an account and Jagex locked it because of the ip change I submitted all the info and they are asking for more, if no one can recover it what will happen to it? and does anyone know what to say in the 300 words at the bottom? Any help would be appreciated.

If you know the previous owner then ask them for the details. Remember when you are filling the application to get back your account , it should say.

*Have you ever Moved houses* Click on Yes then try fill out as much possible correct information you can.

If you have high amounts of Gold on the account or the account has never been logged in with a different IP. It explains why it got locked straight away when you tried to log in.

 

For the 300 words, say you moved, say where you used to live (where the guy you bought it from lived) and say where you live now. Say when you moved as well.

If you have his IP address, that will help too. Other details like what was in the bank will help. Things like "1050 feathers" is preferred to "1 golden cracker" or stuff that everyone has.

If no one can unlock it, it will remain locked indefinitely
