Help with Vouches/quotes

Hi guys,

So i am pretty much computer illiterate. I was wondering how people have a link when they post a comment with "vouches" you can click on .. Or like a list of quotes if they only have a few.

I have tried to insert the link where someone has provided me feedback into the "vouches" section in edit account and also the Quote however it doesnt come up when i post.

Thanks, if someone can help - its obv an easy issue - it would be much appreciated.
