Little Question

So guys I have a friend that did the German Exchange program and the German girl that is his exchange person is really hot.

Anyways basically should I try and talk to her? Shes only here for 2 weeks, do you think its even worth it?

 

If shes only here for two weeks.. you better work quick if your hoping to get "something" from her. It's going to be straight up; either she will be DTF ( sorry for putting that so bluntly ) or she wont, 2 weeks isn't enough for you to really coax her into anything like that ( which i wouldn't ever suggest doing in the first place ).

If your looking at it from a real relationship perspective, more than likely its not worth it, but you always hear those crazy stories about people who fall in love from across the world then meet in person and live happily every after. If you really think she's someone you'd like, sure try and talk to her, whats to lose?

 

Define a 'worthwhile' time? If you're after the rush of chasing after someone 'exotic', without the burden of long-term repercussions, knowing that this person will be gone permanently again within two weeks... go for it. If you honestly think anything serious could branch out of a relationship like this, you're mistaken.

 

Guys, your missing the point, I just asked if I should try and talk to her - to become her friend for the two weeks.

 

Well, if your intentions are as simple as you make them out to be then by all means! Befriend her. It really couldn't hurt, human interaction is always healthy, especially knowing she is from a very different society. You'll learn a thing or two from her- and vice versa.

 

^. Generally i wouldn't expect a thread to be asking something that at least i would consider so simple, or maybe "odd" of a question. Ergo, the way i responded.

Of course talk to her if that's what your looking for, there's no reason not to . The more friends the better, as cronos said, human interaction is good for you.

Also, making the thread anonymously, then responding to our post with your main account might be defeating the purpose of anonymity that you were looking for, or you may have not just been logged in when you posted this; just warning you.

 

I posted it here because I wanted to get a legitimate answer and I posted it under my account so I could post and get a reply faster.

You guys could hit it off and keep in touch after she's gone

She's only around for 2 or so weeks,
You only live once,
And you no you'll regret not doing it.
