You don't need any combat level reqs at all, a level 3 could get it. However 1 req is 14 herblore. You can get this in a few mins for as little as 100k.

I'm not doing it for 10M.
20M is definitely NOT too much. These are RARER than phats. These stand out SO much. Just walking around world 2 with these will get you 10 people minimum following you.
I'd say these are a sound investment for ANY dicer who wants to stand out.
The effort going into getting these icons is also a considerable amount.
Prices aren't negotiable, sorry.

Yes it's considered bug abuse.
This bug is purely graphical and serves NO purpose but to look awesome.
You simply will not be banned for a crappy graphical bug. It's not going to get you banned.

I know for a FACT a Jmod has seen me with these icons MUTIPLE times and not been banned/locked/wiped.

 

considering they have no value after you get them (ie untradeable unlike phats) 20m is too much
