Buying member for multiple bots

i was thinking i'd buy ultimate game time cards online (the codes)
and i'd use that

the problem is my cell phone is turned off (didn't pay the bill lol)
and we don't have a house phone

i kinda wanted to do it now, is there a website i could buy without phone confirmation?

if not i guess i can wait
also what website would you buy the cards off of?

Are you looking to purchase the gamecards with cash? or with RSGP? There is a section in the market under "Upgrades" where you can buy the codes directly off the back of a UGC for RSGP. 30 day codes go for roughly 10-12M each, and you don't need phone confirmation or anything to access these as they can be applied directly via the Runescape website.

If you are lookng to buy for real life cash, I am not aware of any websites where you can order the cards (maybe gamestop or something similar?), but I know that you can find them at many major stores in your city that will likely be listed on the Jagex website. I know in my city you can find them at places like Zellers, Best Buy, Shoppers Drug Mart etc. and they are roughly 7-8 bucks a pop for a 30 day card, and 20 bucks for a 90 day card. If you want to pay with cash, and don't want the hassle of trying to find a site to order from online, I would just take a walk down to one of your local stores and see if they carry the gamecards. Yeah i'm a bit out of it, i take adderall for school and when i come down off of that high i'm a bit hard to understand.

I meant i want to buy the code (the cards have a code on them, that's how you use them) from a third party website
like http://www.offgamers.com except idk if i can use them because as of right now there is NO telephone in my house and they may want phone confirmation

 

You can use a reward site such as Prize...(you know who) if you need them that bad. If not, buy them from the market on this site, OR, a Chinese site called dhgate sells $20 cards for $17.10. Be weary of them though, because they may scam you. I have bought stuff from them before though and it came in the email fine, and worked.

 

You can buy them at 7 11 to make it easier?
