[WTB] 126 combat w/ 2k+ total level, must have 99 RC

Hey all,

I remember Sythe from years back when I used to play RS. With the announcement it's coming to mobile, I thought I'd jump back in and see what's changed. These accounts hold their value pretty well, so I really want to ensure I get one that allows me to jump right in and do just about anything in RS that I want to do.

Ideally, the account has 90+ Slayer, 90+ agility, 90+ mining and smithing, 90+ construction, etc. Don't really care too much about the items the account has, but the more the better.

Obviously with my newcomer status, I would be looking to use a middleman to facilitate the transaction. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns and I'll be happy to address.
