Ipod help!

Hey guys i'm trying to restore my ipod back to factory settings and it keeps saying make sure you are connected to the internet after like 15 mins of down loading. IF you know what is wrong please add my skype andrewtaran1 or my msn [email protected]

People get confused when resetting back to factory settings, there is a difference between the iPod settings and the factory settings.

Are you trying to reset the factory settings by doing it manually on the iPod or via iTunes?
