I just tried to purchase $60 worth of gold from this site (100mil) and they never contacted me in-game. They have a live-support feature, so I went on it and they told me I would have to send them a picture of my credit card to confirm that I was the card holder... I told them I didn't trust sending a picture of my credit card across the internet and they said they would have to call my mom then.

I'm 22 and I'm the card holder, the number I gave them was my cell phone which they never called. I'm trying to cancel the payment, but Jiaqi Zhang won't respond to the dispute in the resolution center on paypal.

What gives? Is it normal for a goldbuying website to ask for a picture of your credit card?

 

Yeah, if you dont trust them with the card, ask for a refund. Usually takes 1-2days for them to refund you. If your 22, and the card is in your name they shouldnt have any problems with the transaction I wouldnt think.. Its alot easier to buy off on Sythe though. Just find a trusted user..
