My bankpin won't work after buying a firecape from gold farming website!!!

So I ordered a firecape on my pure yesterday. I got the email that they were finished, but then realized my bank pin didn't work! I entered the same number I told them about yesterday. What cousins happened and what caused this? I have some very valuable items that I'm hoping didn't get stolen. Thanks

 

They probably hacked you. Lot's of Gold websites tend to do this unfortunately. You can only wait out the 2 days or contact customer support.

 

Why did you tell them your bankpin in the first place...? They should have everything they need in your inventory before they start.

 

One day is too short to even change a bank pin.
Make sure you tick in the correct code, maybe you have just forgotten and are thinking of the wrong code.

If not, wait out the 3/7 days and boom. access to your bank.

 

Are you SURE you entered the same pin? 1 day is not enough time for your bank pin to change..

 

if they know the bank pin, they can change the pin instantly.

I remember hearing about a way that you can change your backpin without waiting a period of time.

I have tested this and indeed if you know the pin you can change it within seconds. Most gold selling sites do not scam you can chanrge back on paypal if you wish to do so and maybe follow up on a law suit but it would be in their favour as you have little proof.

 

Oh sorry my mistake, must've thought of something else.. Well if you've put in your exact previous PIN and it still won't work, I'm almost certain you've been hacked. Sorry buddy, use a trusted Sythe member next time!
