Ban evading/Repeatedly selling same account.

I beleive this guy has been previously banned twice and is now selling accounts under the Sythe name 'ar-ab'. After previously being banned on 'Judakiss' and 'The Lox'.
I've got PM's in my inbox from the individual that bought this account for sale and had it recovered back, and i've also had an initiate pure recovered back off him.
Please investigate the IP's, as i'm 150% sure it's the same person.
