This good xp/hr?

Currently botting str at ankous in stronghold for 42k xp/hr

78 def
Im using guth setup with ss
I was using full bandos but I decided guth and I last so much longer with the guth setup instead of bandos and food

Also would my dfs/dscim be better to use?

Use b2p, instead of guthans, this way you won't ever have to bank. Use a salve ammy(e) for maximum xp.

 

use bones to peaches + bandos + whip for better

 

Use b2p if you can and ss is pretty good for str, unless you want to switch to att/def?

MAX str bonus you can afford (fury instead of str though)
and a set of dragon claws.
There's a troll invasion bot that works pretty good and is best xp/hr using super pots. The thing is you get to restore your spec to full like every 5 seconds.
Other than that you're better off at spiders or dagannoths.
