Basically, I'm looking for the most legit and fastest fire cape service on here, and I hope you're up for a challange. I'm looking to get a Firecape on the lowest level I can. I'll be paying RSGP, I have a dummy account that I'm going to get 44 prayer on and whoever thinks they can do it with the lowest range requirement will get the job.
