banned for a week for posting when someone told me not to. [Banned by: Finn]

I was banned for responding to lym and stating my own opinion in response to Finns eBook selling thread that was missplaced in the general section.

A) the general section is for discussion about topics. I did not know it was for selling books and banning anyone who has an opposing opinion.

B) I do not remember Finn explicitely stating that if i posted again I would be banned for a whole week. I do remember lym telling me not to post negative opinions.

C) The punishment of a whole weeks ban is a little harsh, don't you think? I have had no infractions for months and suddenly i am banned because i crossed Finn.

D) Finn was breaking rules himself when selling his book in several sections simultaneously. For those who say that I should have just reported it. I have gone that route in the past. The mod literally responded to the report by saying "infraction?". incase you missed the joke, he was remarking about how Finn cannot be infracted.

But i digress.

I just wish this community would put in a fair system of checks and balances instead of this tyranical dictatorship that was left after sythes apparent disintrest in sythe.org set in.

say goodbye to a site where you can speak your mind IN THE GENERAL SECTION and say hello to a site where crossing the head moderator while he is breaking the rules is sythe.orgs equivalent to a crucifiction.

Seriously, a week for talking when someone told me not to.
