Reporting Scammer - Jinix

Briefly explain the trade: The trade was simple. It was 21M for $12, however, he offered $15. I was shocked that someone would offer more than the requested amount, and his reason is displayed in the conversation below. We chatted via MSN, and due to his register date, and his fake story of being scammed twice, I had to sympathize with him, so I went first. After I gave him the money in game, he left both the chat, and logged off immediately. I then even gave him until 8PM to send me the money, and he hasn't. Two hours, no money = scam.
How they scammed: He received the money (I went first) logged off, and left the msn chat claiming that he's sending the money now, which obviously he didn't.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: His private message to me (look at the timing) -
