So i got it that i use Ring of Dueling to teleport to bank.
Then i use games necklace to get back to the spot.

So basically, do i need to set this item to be withdrawed from the bank, or does it automatically when it runs out?

 

It should withdraw it automatically

 

It will automatically withdraw it, try it yourself though with (1) necklaces/rings.
