Inquiry by Paypal? - What should I do.

I was sent two payments, for two different items.
This was NOT for RSGP and therefore was sent as a goods.

The first 55$, the next 220$. - from the same person.

However, Paypal did a "Inquiry by Paypal" and now my funds are on hold.

I went to go look for the shipping address, but when I click details, the shipping address are no longer shown. I thought if I shipped something, it might be fixed.

What should I do to get this fixed?

Were you shipping an item ? not Virtually?

I will answer any questions you have, i worked for paypal until about 3 months ago.
    Answer these questions:

    Was it a virtual trade?
    Are you verified?
How many transactions have you made this month (DOLLAR AMOUNT)
Did you provide a tracking number? If not this may be the reason.

The payment was made to me yesterday, and I saw the inquiry today.

It actually was for virtual goods, but I had it sent as a goods, meaning it could be considered tangible if I simply sent him an envelope.

I am verified, however the buyer (him) was not.

I have made quite a lot of transactions this month, however 99% would probably have been gifts.

There's no tracking number as I have yet to ship, but If I ship something with a tracking number, would it resolve me problem?

Note - It's sunday, and tomorrow, the post office is closed as well.

If there is no open claim and paypal is not asking for any information such as confirming bank account, social SS #, etc, Then you're gonna have to go to your local post office when you can and ship him something and provide the tracking number. They will see the product, and the destination its being sent to. If you honestly can;t get his address use a tracking number from http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/. But thats your last resort.

PayPal dislikes people abusing the gift system... Anyways PayPal may be checking out the buyer.

They've been doing this a lot lately, it seems. I've had a total of 200 dollars in payments from three different people be held by paypal. I thought I was just unlucky as fuck, but I guess they're going nazi on internet/virtual trades, and on people who abuse the gift option
