Anyone use gimp?

i am wondering how i select part of the picture to make it a link. if you could tell me it would be awesome.

You mean to make a linking signature?

You need to do that using links. And if you want multiple links you need to cut the image in half and so forth.

 

yeah i cut it but it looks like shyte!!! is that the only way to do it?

 

cutting it is the only way man. I do it with a rectangle box, then match it with your crop tool, save the image then press control and z until you get the rectangle box again. Then redraw it and line it up with the end of the line... then repeat.

 

Or use the slice tool... I dunno if Gimp has it, but Photoshop has a slice tool dropping out of the crop tool. Basically It lets you chop up the image W/O all the hassle.
