Paying 1M+ to the person who can help me

Hello everyone!
I am willing to pay 1M+ to anyone who can help me get a pending e-mail off of my runescape account.
The account's email has never been confirmed with the code, and I cannot find a way to get it off.
It has been pending for at least a year now, put on by the original owner, but never accepted.
The original owner can no longer be contacted.
My account has recovery questions, and I know the answers, but other then that I have no other information about this account.
I know 1 previous password.
I was going to try getting it locked and then trying to recover it, but I'm afraid I wouldn't have enough info to recover it, and then it would be locked forever.
Someone please help me get this pending e-mail off, thank you.

 

I believe there is a way to change it without contacting the other party. But the transaction takes around 20 days I believe.

 

I don't care how long a process takes, I would just really like it off. Could you PM me how?

 

Same thing happened with me, but the account got locked & I couldn't contact the other person to get it unlocked.
It's still locked to this day.
99 range, 94 mage, ancients, lunars, 89 def... Gg my dream tank.

Does anyone know if I contacted Jagex if they would fix it? (I would email [email protected] so I actually get a response)
