I can average these rates/hr:
40-50 Thieving: 40-45k/hr
50-60 Thieving: 45-55k/hr
60-70 Thieving: 55-65k/hr
70-80 Thieving: 65-75k/hr
80-90 Thieving: 75-85k/hr
90-99 Thieving: 85-100k/hr

(I haven't tested it with any levels below 40, but you can see there's a pattern).
