Marckiee banned because of PayPal?

K, so some kid named Kodak decided to file a scammer report against ME because PayPal held the money and I guess they didn't give it back to me, nor to him, the seller. I did pay for $27.00 worth of gold. PayPal put an inquiry on it. They then limited that PayPal account a day later. He wouldn't sell me gold, so I made a second account and bought gold from him which WAS NOT INQUIRED/DISPUTED/Whatever else you can call it. I'm obviously not going to give him another $27.00 because I didn't get it back. It's not my fault paypal is a bunch of scammers? I have 11 trades done on this site and I haven't scammed. You can even ask Viou if I recovered $120.00 from him. He'll say no. Also, his pictures prove nothing. His picture says, "case closed" but doesn't say who won the case, so for all I know, he won it. For me on my PayPal, it doesn't say anything except case closed as well, and I didn't receive the money myself. I don't know whats going on. If I remain banned for PayPal, then cool. If you unban me because I did nothing wrong, then thats alot better. Thanks for whatever happens. Hopefully you guys make the right decision as I am not a scammer nor a thief, and this is all just a misunderstanding. Once again, I do blame PayPal for this bullshit.

 

He wasn't asking for another $27, he was asking you to contact paypal to validate the held payment. You did not ask for proof that the payment was held - in fact, you showed no interest in resolving the dispute at all.

Your response was that you had another goldseller, so the outcome of the payment didn't matter to you. That is scamming, whether you recalled the payment yourself or not. (Although, since you don't strike me as a 'heather', I'd assume it was an unauthorized/frauded payment anyway).
