I am looking to buy a level 3 account with nothing leveled, 10 hp of course. I am looking mostly for non-email logins, but I will accept email logins, if it comes with the email that it is created from.

1. Must be combat level 3, with no combat stats leveled.

2. Must be non email login, or come with the email it corresponds to.
