WTF JAGEX Locks my account

so, I've been trying to recover one of my junk accounts from 2009 and haven't had much luck with it. I know the only password and am appealing from the original ip but it still won't unlock the account for me. any suggestions?

 

did you provide all info? The date you made the account, previous passwords, credit cards you used for membership, etc..

 

Date of creation and isp/service provider (exact date) is like the biggest key to getting your account back. Try to remember when you made that account with the service provider and add that info with the rest.
