I am dude, I am just wondering if 20 inch thighs are big??
And if they would be able to fit into Levi's 511 Skinny Fit without looking fat.
I weigh 115 pounds, today is my birthday I turned 14 and I am 5 feet and 4-5 inches tall.

 

No one can tell without pics...

But at 115lbs I have a hard time believing you have anything but skin and bone.

 

Thyroid problems? It's hard to imagine someone who's 115 pounds to have 20in thighs.. Like I'm 170 with 16in thighs lol...

So no, I'd say you won't fit in anything that's "Skinny fit". I don't know the sizing for Levi's, but I don't fit in skinny jeans that are my size so yeah... I would look for bootcut if I were you. They look good with beefier legs.

 

As everyone else has said, at 115lbs I doubt you have 'fat' thighs. In fact, you should be proud if your thighs are bigger then your friends. It means more weight closer to the ground giving you an advantage in a stand-up fight.

You have unbelievably large thighs in comparison to body weight and by all means, that isn't meant to be offensive. It's hard to believe that. I'm 5'6'', 150, with about 15 inch thighs. I think you're measurements are off a bit and if not, then you might just have large thighs by genetics. I don't think they'd be fitting into ANYTHING skinny-jeans your size. Good luck. The only possibilities I could think of would be to get some big pants and use a belt and cut off the bottom to make them like shants. Idk what else to say bro, but Good Luck.

 

114 pounds is perfect for a 14 year old. I dont know feet because i only do meters but sounds good.
