Rolled back with Chaotic weapons

Just saw an account rolled back to under 80 dung but kept 366k Dung tokens... If they were to get a rapier would they be able to wield it with 80 attack alone? Just wondering if anyone's been able to witness someone with a chaotic weapon equipped with under 80 dung from a rollback

 

I believe they can wield it I knew a few stakers who got rolled back with rapier and use to get 80+ dung to 2x them in dueling and they were still able to use a rapier because for some reason rs use to remember it as 80 dung but you still need 80 attack to use it.

No, 80 dung is a requirement for chaotics.

 

Can get it but wont be able to use it in combat. Heard someone tried it before on a botting site.

You can't buy one but if you already had it you could wield it

I wonder if that means you just need the 80 attack to buy as well... 1 Attack 99 strength with chaotic maul? GG.
