Looking for people to help me form "Team Quest"​

URGENTLY NEED



Rules of Team Quest
1. I am the leader of Team Quest, this is not a partnership(50/50), you work UNDER me and receive quests/payments from me. You may NOT contact customers in any way, you may NOT meet with customers to receive payment, and you may NOT negotiate prices.
2. I will arrange all information with the customer, then forward this request on to one of the questers, who will carry out and complete the quest. I will then receive payment from the client, and you receive 75%(starting out rate) of given pay.
3. I will handle any high profile orders myself (high bank wealth, no email/recoveries, pures) until you receive a higher rank
4. There will be a ranking system each hired quester can obtain, these ranks include benefits such as - higher pay rate - more high profile quests(higher rsgp) - a higher amount of quests to complete - ability to consult customer via MSN - and some other stuff I haven't thought of yet.
5. I am liable for your actions, meaning this is a very strict appeal process for an application. I will reimburse the customer for any damages you may cause - meaning you will be fired + reported for your actions.

I am actually a pretty laid back guy, but when it comes to business I take everything very seriously.

This will NOT take immediate or probably soonish effect - 1-2 weeks before I consider even hiring ONE quester.

I am reluctant to open a new thread due to popularity of my current one, so we will see how this plays out in the long run, or if this even plays out.

PS my questing service is more successful than yours, and its only 2 weeks old. gf 2 month old donator thread, looks the like the better quester is proven. - so you would work UNDER me.

# of quest points on your main: I have 224 quest points on my main. I'm not sure if you consider this high or low, but please take into account that I haven't played Runescape (besides botting skills) in over a year and a half probably 2 years. Back when I did play, I was almost at a quest cape, and have some very tough quests completed. I could provide you with screen shots if you'd like.

What hours are you able to quest: This depends on the day. I have a part-time job, as well as starting my Sophomore year of college next week. Don't let that fool you though, I'm on the computer and available to quest A LOT. I can discuss my schedule further with you if accepted.
How long have you played Runescape: I'm not sure of an actual length of time, but I've been playing since about 7th or 8th grade, and I'm a Sophomore in college now. My main account has a veteran's cape, and can play RSC.
Describe yourself: I'm a very funny, chill kind of person. When it comes to business I can be very serious. I'm an easy guy to get along with, and I think you would enjoy having me working for you.
What makes you a quality quester: I really love questing. Back when I played this game legit, you could always find me doing some quest. Also whenever my irl friends needed help with quests they always came to me. I've probably done all the quests I have done multiple times. I have a lot of experience.
Why should I hire you: Mainly for the same reasons in the last question. I love to do quests and I have experience doing quests for other people (irl friends)

Why do you want this job? I want this job to gain more trust on Sythe. I like being a part of this community, but I haven't been around here very long. Also I was thinking about making a thread to run my own services (like skilling), but I feel this would give me experience before I would ever be able to do that.

Describe yourself: I'm an avid Runescape player though I have played on and off for many years. I've been on Sythe for just about as long as I've been on Runescape and usually I have just come to make some trades here and there. I was now looking to start a service for questing for some decent flow of gold for me in RS but if that doesn't take off, this might be the option for me.

What makes you a quality quester: Being an experienced RS player I know my way around the majority of the quests, I will get any quest done in a short amount of time to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Why should I hire you: By hiring me I will guarantee my utmost dedication to this service in order to help out members of the Sythe community (for a fee ofcourse). I will always be polite and respectful to the customers and I can be trusted for doing a quality job.

Why do you want this job? The main reason I want this job is to make some RSGP, otherwise I would also like to gain the trust and respect I might obtain from customers for whom I complete these jobs. This will help me to be a more successful trader on Sythe.
