I need a mobile spy!

i confused for a long time, whether i should use a mobile spy software to protect my son or i need to respect his privacy totally until one dangerous guard went to my son, I decide to install a mobile spy to keep track of him so that it can ease my mind, but I not sure which mobile spy is useful, I want to have one can record everything on his HTC Desire Android phone.
