RAW BslAyA-Scammer

What happened: Was buying a $25 Vanilla Mastercard for 37.5M RSGP,I was planning on getting the visa and using it on a new MoneyBookers/PayPal account and then sending it to either my Legitmate PayPal or MoneyBookers to make a bit of profit.
The seller (RAW BslAyA) Wanted a MM, We used The Black Tux.

Before the trade, I set out my conditions that If the transactions don't work, I would like a refund, The MM agreed to it. As you can see above, He agreed to my terms and conditions and he violated them by giving him the gold hours only after I logged out of MSN. I gave the gold to The Black Tux and I received the credit card information but it didn't work maybe because it was a prepaid card, Nonetheless I had set my terms and conditions. ***I was on teamviewer the whole time with black tux so he can see that I'm not spending and not lying*** So since it didn't work I suggested that the seller should buy something with the money and I get a refund, The seller refused so they put the trade on hold till further notice.

I logged out and when I came back home, I found this:



I then called their Customer service and provided the card information and asked for the IP address that was spent on this purchase but they said they can't release such Information.

Also when i was trying to talk to The Black Tux, He seemed a bit fishy. I kept confronting him about the conditions and he was just acting weird, I never really received a direct answer but that screenshot above.

Before the trade was even initiated, I set my terms and conditions that he will only get paid AFTER it has been sent via MoneyBookers/PayPal. Diego and hte third party agreed. He said that he wouldn't give him the gold till I say so, Diego was on my Teamviewer the whole entire time.

Despite the card working or not, It didn't work with MoneyBookers/PayPal, And those were my terms, if it doesn't work with them. I'd like a complete refund, The seller and the MM agreed.

I don't even know what Maximuscards is, Thats what was on the statement.

 

I think you used the card and set those "terms and conditions" so that you could get your money back after you spent it. It was confirmed the card worked and was in your possession, he got his gold. Fair trade was fair.

Maximuscards is your proof, so you better work on finding out what it is.

 

I think you don't understand where I'm going with this. I set out my terms and conditions, I made very loud and clear. He has agreed to them. It's not my fault that if he misunderstood what I said as a person who's English is his second language would understand "If the money isn't sent to me, I want a refund."

When a MM agrees to those, Then I think he should stick with his word. I also tried calling Vanilla and was asking what the IP was from which it was spent or the location and they said they can't release such information.

Bottom line:He agreed to my rules I set out before the trade, He agreed and it didn't work, I was only using the Visa for one purpose to either send to my Moneybookers/PayPal account and if it works, He will get paid. It didn't so I would like a refund.

And I didn't set those terms so I can get my money back, Diego (The Black Tux) was on my Teamviewer the whole entire time, he has a vid of everything.

Also, Please Explain why BOTH the MM and the third party were giving me in-direct answers (Look at the MSN convo's) and also, Please explain why the third party has blocked me on MSN and only replied to the first PM and not the other one? Let alone the fact that he has a TwC.

 

Would like this to be sorted out ASAP.
