Verifying Paypal!

I found a way on how to verify your paypal account without having a personal bank account or credit card number!​

I ofcourse want to get paid for this, so im charging $5 to verify your paypal account, and if you dont trust me you can just give me a fake paypal account thats unverified and ill verify it for you! ​

Im completely Legit, therefor im giving you the option to try it first with a fake account.

Interesting. I have a verified paypal though. I don't know why it's so hard for people to verify, all you need is a bank account, credit card, or something of the sort. Besides, if you don't have any of those, maybe you shouldn't be using paypal.

This could be useful to avoid chargebacks, however i have pm'ed him and he refuses to go first, he wants me to give him a paypal account made by me so he can verify it and prove to me that it works, but i don't think it's safe to give someone else your paypal account that you created with your own IP. Somethings fishy here, he knows i am trusted enough and i wouldn't scam him for $5 but he still insist in not going first.

Well, because you're asking for someones paypal account to begin with. That's like asking for someones checkbook and promising you wont use it.

Why would we create a fake paypal with our IP? So you can use it to scam someone and make it look like us? Maybe your IP is banned from paypal and you need us to create accounts for you.

Well if you read my THREAD i clearly stated that you dont need to give me your real paypal account, you can just give me a fake paypal account and ill verify it for you therefor you know that i can do it, I will not give you my guide because that would be stupid, if you don't accept or agree with any of my terms then bye.
