Locked account?

Hi, hoping somebody here can help me.

I was recently scammed for a RS account, the guy changed password and set an email & some JAG questions. I gave him no other info for the account.

I managed to get the account locked & recover it successfully relying on old membership & creation info etc

The problem now is that the account has been locked again, which I assume means he is trying to recover it, right? If so, is it likely that he'll be able to gain access to the account with the JAG answers?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

 

Whoever the owner is, will recover it successfully unless it gets banned outright.

 

If the guy does try recovering it, your best bet is just to keep recovering it back until he gets tired and gives up. Not much else you can do, I don't think.

 

I don't understand how he is recovering the account without any other information?
