I don't know if you would consider this as one of the accounts you said, but I got a pure skiller/range. Stats: 60 range, 81 fishing, 99 cooking, 80 woodcut, 80 firemake, 70 hunter, 50 herb and fletch (814 total level), around 4.5m on it, got some members left.
