Go here and get all you need to do it, it took me a minute to understand how it all works..

You modify the stat file, you open MW2 then you ALT+TAB and press on import stats.. there, it's done.

 

No using that can easily get you banned as it is not VAC secure, in fact if you go into a lobby with a moderator you will automatically be banned if you are using that. Our program on the other hand was custom build by us and is completely VAC secure.

 

Don't make up stories with your program, you use this one.

It is not vac bannable for the simple reason that changing your stats does not affect other player, thus it is not bannable according to the US laws.
