Means when you bought the game, it should of given you an email saying you bought the game. Ex: Dear __, you have recently purchased Left 4 Dead 2, and so on. If your asking wat it stands for, its proof of purchase

 

i only buy 1 game, tf2 2 years ago, and with hats and some items i buyed games from people giving them hats and metal they buyed games, so now there is some games in this account just from tf2.

I still can't see any solid proof (like PP/CC transactions or scanned activated keys into the acc) for the account which guarantees the buyer, that the account ISN'T phished/stolen. No one cares how many hats you've bought, from where, etc. (again no proofs here - threads from SourceOps? no again).
