Proof: Okay, this one was pretty annoying to find due to him getting an account name change, but I finally worked it out.

Here links him to the hackforum account. If you go on the scam report you see it's the same email as he used above, and the same name if you go and see the quotes. He also responds to the scam report (even though he has a name change; so it definitely proves it's him).
