Price Check Sub-Forum

I also support this. There is only one price check thread, and it never gets viewed or answered. Maybe a new section should be in order.

 

Support, Would be easier to group it all.

 

I have a mixed opinion on this. I think topics in each forum should be enough and I do see that they are posted frequently. However I also believe having this forum would keep all those unnecessary "Price Check This!" topic scattered everywhere. I guess in all around I'll support this since it would be really useful for many members out there.

Prices all depend on demand and what another member thinks your product is worth to them. No Support

 

Not to a full extent. You can always have a "ballpark guess" as to what an account or item is worth. Yes supply and demand takes a big factor in the prices and what value something has to someone, but there will always be a ballpark estimate.

 

Not feeling it, there's stickies there. Price check isn't that important IMO, so a sticky will do fine.

 

I Feel its a good idea. Itd help alot of people selling accounts.

 

I love the idea, but we would be needing someone (most likely more people) to PC. If we don't, we're just moving the problem.

 

I know a few sections have price check stickies... I try to go in and price check for people in the Steam Section (when I notice new posts). Pretty much anything I can do to help out, I do.

However, there are some sections that are left unanswered for a while, ie: RS Price Checking... I believe it was 80-130 or something like that, I saw maybe 1 or 2 people post price quotes in there and that was once in a blue moon.

A new subsection would require people to know going rates and quotes for said products as well as people frequenting that section, but yes; it would definitely clear up people posting price checks and remove a few unnecessary stickies.

Another problem (although not really a problem, just more of a note) is that it would need to be somewhere that it won't be ignored (and even then you would have ignorant people).

Sort of half and half on this one... but I'll throw support for it.

This is getting really irritating. At least close the thread with a reason for not being accepted if you don't want to implement the suggestion.
