How do i get money back Paypal

How can i get my moneyback when i send via gift.

I bought steam account and it got suspended never played on it so i want my money back.

 

Did you buy the account from someone? In that case, recovering just because it was suspended is scamming, illegal, and unethical. There is no way to traditionally recover gift payments online.

 

How is it? The guy saids if it got suspended he would refund. All acount he sold got suspended. I dont feel bad by trying getting money back.

 

PM him and ask for a refund. Also provide proof he said that or you could be banned...

Since all his account are suspended i believe i deserve a refund and also i tried to pm him.

 

That would be, technically, scamming him. You'd have to ask for him to replace it and if he refuses then you have a right to do so, as he has stated that he will.

 

I'm going to PM him, if he tells me you chargebacked and he provides proof, you will be banned. PM him yourself, tell him your dilemma, and let the two of you work it out. Closed.
