WTF? Mass unban?!

What the heck?! I checked my banned account and it says unbanned?!
I was like no.. I checked my other accounts and they are all unbanned?!
My friend checked his account and it says unbanned?! What the heck is going on? Check my screenshot below:

It's possible you have negative credit and have to pay that off before you're able to play.

go to the normal jagex website and log in.. or to the upgrade to members it will say in the upper right hand corner how much you need.
