Rare Name?

[johnboy13579]

How can you say what a rare name is/ define rare name? I was just wondering, because if you think about it, all names are as rare as eachother, as none are the same.
If you could help me out on this one would be great, thanks.

Red is rare. Red455895 is not. See the difference?

I laughed, but yeah that's pretty much it.
Then again with the name clearings a lot of before-seen-as rare names are now simply original names.
