So, I am a big pot smoker, obviously. One of the things I enjoy doing whilst I smoke is to listen to my iPod and meditate. Just close my eyes and see where the music causes my mind to wander. My favorite time to do this is at night. I stay up until about 4 am every night and for about an hour or two each night, I sit outside, smoke, and meditate. Now, this is almost a daily ritual for me. Of course there are times I can't do this, but I try and get around to it as much as I can. The problem is, I'm running out of music. So, I'm putting this out here for everyone who is interested in helping me out. I'm looking for music that I can meditate and trip to. I like slower and more laid back songs for this. Nothing like Techno, Dubstep, Rap, Hip-hop, none of that shit. I want good music. No Hendrix, I have all of that. THE LONGER THE BETTER. I like random sounds that just seem to float around your head. I want specific songs. I'll post a few examples of what I like to listen to so you can kind of get an idea.. especially from like 4:20 and on^^ Stuff like that sorta, but obviously no Hendrix or Zepp because I already have all of those.. Any help will be appreciated!
Like that first one. Too many vocals in the third, but still a good song. I wanna just be able to focus on the music without constant singing and lyrics to focus on. Good shit though man.
Having never smoked pot myself, I can't really relate. I have heard from others that this song is good in terms of what you're looking for anyway.
Very nice Determinate. That is definitely close to what I'm looking for. I'm trying to find something like that, but with guitar maybe and just some intense sounds.
All the ones that come up are like,... idk.. unless you can find a good one I want something that's a cross between Classic Rock, and this Ambient stuff. Some vocals here and there are cool, but I'd like it to still be a song instead of just sound. Sorta like this
