idiot he said all he had to do was re-download Paint.
yeaa his internet is been retarded but he can still re-download the program and upload the pics. and its against the rules not to have pics..

 

er, no, i have capped internet, therefore downloading paint would take around 4 and a half hours. july 1st is when i can download anything.
