    Why you've bought the game then o_O ? Or the key ?

    And about your rules of sell - how to WE know that you haven't bought the game into a Retail Box, activated the key and now selling your account with your key, and after few days or weeks, you'll submit a Steam Ticket and recover your account !?

    If you sell this account, you MUST provide a legal "Proof of Purchase" (scanned cd-key), otherwise... this should be a scam (social engineering).
