    I just want to clear up, if i buy RSGP via paypal and i got first, and i don't received the RSGP am i allowed to charge back due to not receiving goods?

    I know charging back is 100% frowned upon, but under these circumstances and ONLY these circumstances, is it still counted as an offense ?

    Having a rule like that would leave room for abuse, so I doubt it.

    Yeah, i know. An i must say that this is all "hypothetical" as it has never happened to me. But im sure along my travels on sythe, im going to slip up and get scammed.

    Just wondering what a mod/admins view on this is.
