Week and a half. Need to slim down quick.

Okay so I have about a week and a half before I go hang out with a girl I havent seen for over a year.


Im around 5'11 and 200 pounds. Yeah I know. I gained alot of weight when I was on house arrest.


Im looking to be around 190 at least by that time. I just want my figure to be slimmer, for the time I'm there.


Lol. I'm planning on taking water pills and laxatives. And drinking tons of water all day and eating smaller meals for the day. Mostly consisting of fruits since they are considered free calories. My gym membership ran out so I plan to run each day. Maybe run a lot. And do 100 situps and pushups a day.

Anything else I could be doing? Im not too concerned about my health and just want some pussy so I'm willing to do just about anything except puke up my food.

 

You can try going on a complete raw food diet of fruits and vegetables. That is a healthier solution than taking pills and laxatives.

 

Your plan is going to make your extremely ill, Just do the Heart foundation Cabbage soup diet, you should lose up to 20lbs in a week. ( this only works for the first week or so then it becomes less as efficient )

 

The truth is that you can't really make much of a difference in a week. If you start now, in a year or so you'll look much better. But in a week? No way.

 

Unfortunately he is right. In a week you could lose 10lbs of mostly water weight, but it wouldn't really change your appearance much.

Better off focusing on the rest of your appearance. Nice clothes, smell good, clean shaven etc.

 

Drinking lots of water will only mean you will retain extra water weight. The day before meeting up with her maybe hop in a sauna.

Actually drinking more water will make you lose more water weight if taking water pills. But I see where you could think that.

From my own experience and my friends doing this, I am warning you this is not safe. When people lose excessive amounts of weight in such little time, you are risking your bodies health in multiple ways. My friend wrestled and was quite good, fast with great technique, and strong for his weight class. He was in like 130 something and wanted to drop to twenty in a week. He started doing it, running 5 miles every morning before school with the trash bag, carrying around two gallons of water with him. Drinking some disgusting stuff that smelled like ginger Sh**. It was terrible. My mom saw him and told me I should talk to him. Many things could happen. He could lose too much water, (even though he is drinking a lot of it) and go into a serious coma, not get the nutrients he needs to live on and become malnourished. (also losing your teeth from not enough nutrients. It is just a very serious thing to do and only do it in dire situations. For a girl? I know getting some is definitely great, but think about it like this. After you j-off you feel disgusted and gross and just not interested. So after you get with her and think back on it, risking your life isn't worth it. It may have been great while you were doing it, but afterwards it wasn't worth it.

Don't try it. It is unhealthy to lose so much weight in such a small period of time. Like others have said just start following a safe diet plan in which you can lose extra weight within a safe time period.

 

If your gym wasn't 24-hour-fitness.. you can go and get a 14 day free trial on their website. I'm not sure if other gyms offer a free trial though; I just know about 24 hour fitness.

I suggest running lots of cardio, in the morning; and at a night. As well as go on a no-carb diet. No carb diet will cause your energy level to fail, but it'll be well worth it in the end... just keep pushing.

 

If alot of that weight is water weight then you will be lucky as hell, depends on your body. It is very possible to drop 10 pounds if you do everything to the exact. Drink alot, alot, alot of water. Work out, take vitamins, jog for about a hour a day and eat right.

 

If you consume less than the suggested calories a day your going to end up losing muscle mass....sure youll be skinny.
And flappy as fuck..

Don't do laxatives Do more exersice eat less carbohydrates drink more water eat more fiber.

Theres no miracle diet

 

I use to be bulimic, and you can still gain weight from it, not eating and then binging will only make things worse. Sure you throw up, but as soon as you are eating your body goes to work, you might throw up like 2 mins after a meal but you will only being throwing up roughly half of what you take in. Since you stave yourself, once you finally do eat your body is going to be like "Food! we might not have another chance, engry, go go go" and unless you are burning it off its going to have the same outcome as what you would expect it to have.

After finding all that out I just put down the fork, went anorexic..
It does wonders but leaves you feeling fucked and never really with it most of the time, leads to a lot of health problems, but if you are looking for fast results thats the easiest plan with the right selfcontrol.

or yeah, just eat right and and work out... so you dont lose any muscle

 

Look at the people on the biggest looser. They loose that much in one week through diet and exercise and so can you! Eat 5 fruits and veggies a day and grilled chicken (without the skin) if you need some meat. Plus work-out super hardcore everyday until you see her. You'll look skinnier, feel great, and be healthier. Don't do the water pills/lataxives, you'll look skinnier, but feel horrible (as in sick) when you see her.
