Heya people!

Looking to go after a level 3 skiller with a party hat of any colour ^_^

Just a few things the account will need:

- A party hat This is a must, don't care about mils, just needs a p hat.

- Level 1 in all combat skills (ones that will increase combat level)
- or a pure with only one combat skill trained . E.g. 99 def/hp 1 everything else.

- I will need to able to recover the account with the information provided through a lost/stolen password recovery. Please make sure this is possible before even posting. This doesn't mean only from your computer as the IP address is almost a sure way to recover the account even with less than satisfactory information. Try going to a friends house ect and trying it.

- We will be using an OMM unless you wish to go first and you will be paying the fees.

- My payment methods include but arn't limited to WU, cash via mail, possibly a bank transfer and any other payment methods that I deem to be 'safe'.
