    What to do?

What should I do on this account? Like what should I kill, what levels to get to 99, anything? Also, how should I get/do that. Or what would I need/recommended gear/etc.. [Whited out skills are skills I don't want to do now.] [My bank is less than 1m atm, but I do have some good armor.]
[Atm, I'm getting 80/85 Dungeoneering, but, I want to know what to do afterwards.]

    Thoughts of what to do:
-Get 88 Dungeoneering and kill Frost Dragons. [88 Dung for 2 chaotics (Rapier and C'bow)]
    -Get 99 Slayer + 99 Attack + 99 Defence (99 Att + Def while getting slayer)
-Get 90+ Range (Don't know how yet)
-Get 94 Magic (Plank Making or Alching)
    -Get 99 Woodcutting (Ivy)
    -Get 91+ Runecrafting (Making nats)
-Get 99 Mining (Don't know how yet)

Since you have 70+ dung (i believe) you could get 85 then that's good money like 1.5m+ an hour even though it's always crowded, but that's a start.

Your slayer idea sounds like one of your best options in my opinion. Slayer requires little money, and you can usually make some decent profit off of it. Not to mention that while Slaying you don't get nearly as bored as you would training something else, considering that your scenery is always changing. It is very good to train up your combat. So, if you ask me I'd say go for slayer. Combat 99s and slayer are always some really fun 99's to have.

Get 85 dungeoneering then kill frosts for some money. Use the money to chin and get range up, or on alching.
